RETURNS & REFUNDS

By placing an order through Lumiez you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable worldwide.

Note: Please contact us to provide your order number before returning the product. After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send return instructions.

A. 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee - if you receive the wrong item please let us know as soon as possible. Issues that are out of our control are not covered by the money-back guarantee, such as but not limited to porch pirates.

B. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Note that overdue and incorrect requests may not be accepted.
  2. Customers may be required to pay a restocking fee.
  3. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange is completed.

    C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    D. EXCHANGES

    We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Support@thelumiez.com

    E. RESTOCKING FEE 

    We do charge a restocking fee on most returns and order cancellations. 

    F. REFUNDS

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    G. ORDER CANCELATIONS

    For order cancellations, any request to change the shipping address, alter the product, or cancel the order must be submitted within one hour of the order being placed.
